Infrastructure roots,

With 10+ years in network and IT operations, I've moved from keeping infrastructure running to designing the systems that run it. I build the tooling, automation, and workflow pipelines that make IT environments faster and more reliable, and I leverage AI to design and accelerate that work using development, automation, and AI as the means to solve real operational problems, not as ends in themselves. Built and deployed a full Joiner/Mover/Leaver identity automation system: a Flutter web intake form triggers an Azure Function written in PowerShell 7, which drives Microsoft Graph to create, modify, and offboard users in a live Entra ID tenant, with branded SendGrid email and department-based group access.

→ Production-deployed JML engine running against a real Entra tenant, with a public Flutter web front end on Cloudflare Pages
